Being Bling Qualified
'Bling' is now qualified for both the National and International 6yr old finals
at British Dressage Horse and Breeding Championships, held at Addington Manor Equestrian
Centre 30th/31st August 2008.

Being Lester Qualified
Being Lester is now qualified for the National 6yr old British Dressage Young Horse
and Breeding Championships (31th/31st August) at Addington Manor. He is also qualified
for the National 6yr old final at Hickstead International (23rd July)

Bling has moved
We are very happy to announce Bling has moved house! He is now with Carl Hester
and seems very happy and settled in his new home.
Charlotte Dujardin will be contesting Novice level with Bling and is doing a fine
job achieving 70% and over 71% to take two wins in his first two Novice tests with
Charlotte last Tuesday (30/10/07) at Bromyard Equestrian Centre, Hereford.

Bling Selected for pathway programme
Twelve talented new recruits join Pathway programme
Some 50 talented young horses came forward for the World Class Potential Elite Dressage
Horse Selection Day at Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, Bucks, on 9 October 2007.
A total of 12 of these will join the World Class Dressage Equine Pathway Programme,
which was launched by the British Equestrian Federation last year to identify and
develop horses with potential to win medals for Britain.
They are:

- Royal Concert (Peter Storr)
- Cocofino (Peter Storr)
- Being Bling (Tim Sillevis)
- Vivaldi (Jo Barry) PICTURED
- Falcao (Nicola Cooper)
- Rivaldo (Karen Shepherd)
- Der Schufro (Jacky Stolper)
- DCI Walkenswaard (Matt Frost)
- Lenox (Daniel Greenwood)
- Vanito (Hannah Esberger-Shepperd)
Senior selectors – David Trott, Judy Harvey and Nick Burton – assessed the horses
with input from top riders Carl Hester and Emile Faurie as well as team trainer
Ferdi Eilberg and team vet John McEwen.
David Trott said: “Two horses stood out: Shadowfax, ridden by top eventer Ruth Edge,
and Being Bling. There was a high standard and all the horses deserved to be viewed.”

National Championships
Nuumed Potential International Dressage Horse
2007 is a strong year for 5 year olds.
The international judges commented on the outstanding improvement in the quality
of the young horses and also in the ability of our riders.
Tim Sellivis, 'Blings' rider did a great job of showing him off to give us a result
of 39.1 and a qualification to the top ten finalists.
It was a joy to watch the ten finalists all such beautiful quality, and thrilled
to see our 'Bling' finish in fourth place, moving up two places due to his star
appeal and fantastic temperament!

Another Win for Being Bling!
Numed Potential International Dressage Horse Qualifier (5yr old)
27th July 07: Four Trees Arena, Cornwall
On 'Blings' return to competition, following a break due to illness. Bling is back
on top form and excelled himself with the following scores, and as usual creating
much interest in this incredible stallion!
Overall win : 90.9%
Trot: 8.9
Walk: 8
Canter: 8.5
Adjustability (within the paces): 9
Attitude and Balance: 8.5
Star Quality: 48/50
This win will mean Bling will be at the National Championships, but can also be
seen next at: Oldencraig Equestrian Centre, Thursday 9th August, Regional Final
Open Novice.

First 'Being Bling' foal born
02/06/07 - Our Ibli Light mare produced a beautiful filly who we are delighted with.
She is the only foal due this year but look forward seeing 'Blings' progeny next
year when he'll be covering for the full season.

2nd Place - The College Equestrian Centre
06/06/07 - 'Being Lester' attended his first competition at Novice level, where
he coped extremely well with the unknown surroundings, and we were thoroughly pleased
with our result of 67.2% (2nd place). He will be next competing at Addington on
the 28th of june with 'Being Cavatino'.

After the tragic death of Negretto in 2005 we decided to put our German mares back
in foal to another promising young stallion, BENVENUTO, Premium graded Hanoverian
stallion ( Breitling W/ Weltmeyer/ Lysander).
We see great potential in this bloodline as we have seen many of Breitling W progeny
and only see outstanding quality.
Benvenuto is proving a huge success in his progeny this year so far (see above results),
and therefore hold great hopes for our own young Breitling W son 'BEING BLING' whose
first foal is due in June 2007.

The College Equestrian Centre 28th Feb 07
'Buoyant' and 'Cavatino' two of our promising 5yr olds
attended their first competition today. Showing enormous promise with their attitudes
and confidence to this new environment. Both were well placed achieving 64.5% and
64% respectively.
