Negretto

Introduction

This stunning dark brown stallion by Negro demonstrated not only a superb quality in his three basic paces, but also proved to have the necessary talent for the more demanding exercises in top sport.

Negretto ridden by Carl Hester His sire Negro was the winner of the KWPN stallion shows in both 2000 and 2001. Without a doubt he was amongst the best sons of the Olympic dressage stallion Ferro whose fame in sport and breeding is renowned worldwide.

Negretto was impressive because of his fantastic presence, charismatic appearance and his willingness to work. In 2005 he was ridden and competed by Britain's Olympic rider Carl Hester.

It was with great sadness that Negretto was put down on Saturday 10th September 2005 following a freak accident in which he broke his leg
